The amount payable for shipping is disclosed before you complete checkout. Taxes or import charges, where applicable, depend on the destination and the terms shown for your order; contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
Dispatch and tracking
Use any shipment confirmation or tracking link supplied for your order to check its progress. If you cannot locate your shipment information, email contact@hersync.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. If a parcel appears lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, tell us so that we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Shipment delays
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised for your order, we will notify you and explain your available options.
